Canadarm3 flight hardware, Lunar Gateway

Who
Mechanical engineer on the core Canadarm3 team at MDA Space, 2023 to 2026. I managed design, schedule, resourcing, and risk for a subsystem, and led design reviews and technical audits before CSA and NASA representatives.
What
Flight hardware for NASA's Lunar Gateway. Three mechanisms carried through full qualification campaigns, multiple flight-qualified systems delivered for mission-critical operations, and contributions to patent filings. Every deliverable passed review.
How
Development from breadboard prototype through integration against CSA and NASA mission requirements. Qualification campaigns ran on DAQ-instrumented rigs: Instron tensile testing, shaker-table vibration, thermal vacuum, and a Stewart platform, with documented procedures, closed failure modes, and full compliance reporting.
